Do you think my mom is right?

Ok so a year ago my family where all living together, but during YET ANOTHER FIGHT my dad slapped my mom. That was the last straw my dad was take to jail and now their getting a divorce. IM OKAY WITH EVERYTHING, IM VERY HAPPY THEIR GETTING A DIVORCE BECAUSE THAT MEANS: no more fighting, more money, my own room, and my dad was just plain mean anyway to everyone. HE CHEATED ON MY MOM, WOULD COME HOME AT LIKE 2 IN THE MORNING. And since that day he has moved out and 2 years have ped and I've only seen him 3 times, two of the times he took us out to dinner. Last time was Christmas, he gave me $50 and didn't even stay for 3 min. ME AND MY BROTHERS JUST MET HIM OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE.. So my point is, I've been wanting an MacBook my mom is broke and I KNOW MY DAD IS THE CEO OF A PHONE COMPANY, so i know he has money. She says to not ask him for anything and that he left us, but I know that I just want to ask him for a MacBook and never talk to again as usual. I know it may sound f**ked up just going to him for something but HE DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME, he has missed two of my birthdays and one Christmas IT'S THE LEAST HE COULD DO RIGHT?
