How do i know which screen my blackberry curve needs?

So the screen on my blackberry curve is fully broke so i'm planning on fixing it myself or buying a screen and getting a friend to do it.. but after looking at the screens some say Blackberry Curve LCD screen for Curve 005/004 and some say Blackberry Curve LCD Screen for 8520 Curve 007/111. I was just wondering if any of you lovely people know how i find out which screen is need? the 005/004 or the 007/111. All suggestions welcome :) xx
