I'm 16. He is 20? Is that bad?

Okay well I live in Texas. I am 16. DOB 09/26/1994. I am almost 17, and my boyfriend is 20. His birthday is 02/04/1991. He turned 20 not too long ago. We have been dating since the day I turned 16 He was still 19. It didn't happen on purpose, it just happened that way. :) It's been about 8 months, now. I am just wondering if he could get in trouble for dating me? No we haven't had . Don't plan to until I am at least 18. I would rather wait until marriage(not for religious reasons, just moral reasons), but things happen. But anyways, back to the question, can he get in trouble?
