What can I do with this mess?

I have inadvertantly made chicken jerky out of my marinated chicken tenders and, although they are flavorful, they are about as dry as they can get! Not going to toss them, but plan to take off all the extremely well done parts, and would love to have some ideas of what to do with chicken that you accidently cook to death???
