I feel like I'm disappointing my parents....?

Since it is now my Senior year as a sixth grader, I had planned to get myself worked up as I studied much harder than my previous years. But one day I got myself in trouble for using my cellphone during cl and unintetionally making someone cry by joking around with them; which resulted to "child had been issued to teacher's removal from cl for a day" which meant I had to go to this so-called save-room for a day. Now, tomorrow is my Award ceremony day and I am afraid I will not recieve a gold award or become valedictorian/salutatorian as my parents would expect me to do.. I'm scared and frightened to death of the outcome of tomorrow that my eyes are swollen from crying.
