X60 salvia didnt work for me why?

me and my friends yesterday bought salvia x60 and smoked it i had the most and they had barley any since i payed.... both of them got f***ked out of there minds when all i felt was a little buzz. also i rolled it into a joint (only salvia) maybe a bong will work better next time.
