How to fix the error ''incorrect parameter''..?

each time i start my computer i get an error message saying ''incorrect parameter'' with two cmd windows..i continuously press enter so as to work on my computer...i really don't know which problem caused this..on the cmd window it shows a message like 'cannot run system32'..somebody please help
