What to bring to a paintball game?

I'm planning to go with some friends to a local paintball field. I was just wondering what i need to bring? I am 15 years old so does that mean i need my parents consent? can i bring radios to communicate with my team? Can i bring extra protection? The main question is do i need my parents consent since im 15? Give me details on what i can bring please!
