How to hack windows vista with a limited account?

ive just brought a laptop but the admin account is protected by a pword and the only other user i can use is guest. This user only has limited access and I need to get onto an admin account to make changes to the laptop. Using CMD does anybody know how i can do this i've looked through the internet and youtube videos but none of them work, please help!!!
