Community college courses and financial aid?

I attend university but plan on taking one semester off to go to community college (since I'm trying to raise GPA by taking unnecessary cles and I didn't want them to count towards the 150 units maximum covered by financial aid). Do the community college cles that I pay for count towards the 150 unit maximum for financial aid?
