Extremely infected cartilage...HELP?

Okay I had my cartilage pierced about 2 weeks ago...first week was pretty good...beginning of 2nd week was hell! Ear got REALLY red swollen and sore and really hurt.So yesterday I went to the hospital and doctor said I have to remove my earring(barbell,it was probably too short).So by the time I came home I realized that my hole started to close up,my mom tried putting a gold stud but I was in sooo much pain,and she only got it half way through.This morning it was a lil less red,but still hurts.The only thing I want is for the ear to heal nicely,but my hole probably closed up,and infection is trapped in there!I feel a big bump on the back,but don't know how to get rid of it and remove all the infection from a closed up hole!Should I stick a needle through or w t f! I feel like I'm out of options and I feel like my ear will be fuсked up forever...please help me ;( Also I have an option of taking antibiotics,u think that will help?! Btw I clean my ear with bunch of crap my doctor prescripted me..and I had just a tiny bit of puss in it yesterday,none today tho...thanks to anyone who tries helps
