Is there any way to wipe a hard drive with cmd without erasing the OS?

My PC is broken once again because I'm a stupid dumb. I can only go to startup repair because I'm having a hard drive problem. I just need to know if there is any way to format everything off a drive except for the OS. No I do not have a disk. I don't want to buy a new hard drive because I have already gone through one. Thanks in advance.
