My life is f***ked up and i dont know what to do?

i lost the guy i love cause my ex broke us up.Now the guy i love wont ever talk to me again and my ex well he was nice to me for a few days come to find out he was just leading me on because he felt like it.Hes such a jerk he ruins everything.Every time i fix things with the guy i love my ex comes along and ruins it.Now i think the guy i love and me r offically over thanks the my ex.I dont know what to do.
