WEIGHT LOSS! ANY TIPS?

Diet and exercise. Change the way you eat and count calories. Lots of fruits and vegetables with lean protein. Diet doesn't have to be a bad word. It is about changing your eating habits and eating healthy. Fad diests don't work. Make eating about fueling your body. It will eventually become a way of life. Exercise is key as well. Cardio and weightlifing.
