What should i do to my truck?

I have a red 1989 Ford F150 standard cab short bed. It has a 300 straight 6 with 5 speed and its 2 wheel drive. I want my truck to be head turning but not something that really stands out. I want it to be where people can look and say yeah a country boy drives that. I don't plan on spending too much money. But i need help. Any ideas what i should do to it?
