Does this seem like a good workout plan?

YES! but you will gain alot of muscle and it wont show up on the scale right away and be sure not to over do it either that is very very bad start out small and work your way to the type of excersize you wanna be doing all the time. So you don't hurt yourself and keep it healthy for what you can handle. Swimming lots of it!! BUT YEAH ITS GOOD!!
