I f**ked up. What do?

I sent a '<3' to a girl i liked on facebook chat, i realise how much of a poor way that is to get a girl, she didnt reply. 20 minutes went by and she went offline. FFFUUUU.. I have been through this before and a couple days ago began cutting myself. Ive already done about 40 cuts in 3 days.....What do? Also i have other problems which helped cause the depression and cutting but this is the main one. Please dont tell me that i should seek help or stop cutting as that is the best way of coping with it....fml..
